Summary: Art Swap never asks you for personal information. There is no account, no sign in and no form to fill in, so we never learn your name, your email address or where you are. We use trusted third-party services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, attribution, the one purchase and optional cloud save. The game is free and supported by advertising, and it has a single optional purchase that removes the automatic ads.
Art Swap: Picture Puzzle Game ("the App") is a mobile picture puzzle game developed by Erdem Giray. This privacy policy explains how we and our third-party partners handle information in our App.
The App is free and supported by advertising. It contains one in-app purchase, "Remove Ads", which switches the automatic ads off for good. That purchase is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store: we never see your payment details, and the App never asks you for them.
The App never asks for your name, email address, phone number or address, and it does not require an account. There is no login and no contact form anywhere in the game, so there is no point at which you could hand us personal information even if you wanted to. Everything below is collected automatically by the third-party services in section 3:

Of the rows above, only the device and advertising identifiers are shared with anyone, and only for advertising and analytics. Everything the App sends travels over an encrypted connection.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players use our App, and Firebase Remote Config to change a few game values without shipping a new version.

We display banner, interstitial and rewarded video advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect data to show relevant ads. Where the law requires it, Google's consent form is shown before any ad is requested, and your answer decides whether the ads you see are personalized. On iOS, ads are only personalized if you also allow tracking when the system asks.
The rewarded videos are always your choice: one doubles a gift of hints, one replays a past daily puzzle, and one hands you a hint when your stock is empty. Nothing in the game forces you to watch one.

AdMob runs an auction for each ad slot, and other advertising networks bid in it through AdMob's mediation. Liftoff Monetize takes part that way, so it can receive the same advertising identifier and device information.

AppsFlyer tells us which advertisement a player arrived from, so that we know whether advertising the game was worth paying for. It counts the install and the session, and it is told two things afterwards: that a campaign level was completed, and that the ad removal was bought. It is never told what you paid.

On iOS: Apple's "Allow this app to track your activity" prompt appears once per install, the first time you reach a board. If you say no, the advertising identifier is not used for tracking.

We use Sentry for crash reporting and error tracking to help us identify and fix bugs quickly. The Sentry project for this game is hosted on Sentry's servers in the European Union.

There is one thing to buy in this game and there will only ever be one: the automatic ads go away, forever, for a single payment. The payment itself is taken by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card, your billing address or your store account.
We use RevenueCat to check whether this device owns that purchase, so that the ads stay off after a reinstall or on a second device. What it handles is the purchase record, not your payment details.

If you are signed in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your game progress may be copied to your platform account so you can continue on another device. The copy lives in your own account, stored by Apple or Google under their own policies. We do not operate our own game servers, we hold no player accounts, and the game never reads who you are.
It is optional in the real sense: signed out, offline, or having said no is a complete and fully playable state. Nothing in the game waits for an account and nothing asks you twice.

The App ships with the first puzzles inside it and fetches the pictures for the rest from our content delivery network as you reach them. Each picture is an ordinary file request over an encrypted connection. It carries no account and no identifier of ours, because there is neither; as with any web request, the server has to see your device's IP address in order to send the file back. A picture you have played stays on your device, and nothing about your play is sent along with the request.

Apart from the optional cloud save described above, this data stays on your device. You can delete it by uninstalling the App.
The App requests minimal permissions:
The App asks for no other permission. Saving a finished picture to your photo gallery uses the system's own gallery route and needs no access to your photos: the App writes one picture and can read none of them.
The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and in fact the App collects no personal information from anyone. The third-party services we use (Firebase, AdMob, AppsFlyer, Sentry, RevenueCat) have their own policies regarding children's data.

We take reasonable measures to protect the data processed through our App. Everything the App sends or fetches travels over an encrypted connection. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Our third-party partners maintain their own security practices.
