1. About Binary Blitz

Binary Blitz is a fast-paced mathematical puzzle game where you combine powers of 2 to match random targets. Test your mental math skills and progress through 20 challenging tiers!

2. How to Play

Select numbers from the grid by tapping them
Match the target shown at the top by adding your selected numbers
Complete levels before the timer runs out
Progress through tiers by beating Level 20

Game Rules

All numbers are powers of 2 (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, etc.)
Selected numbers turn pink with a checkmark ✓
The green check button (✓) activates when your sum matches the target
Timer decreases as you advance through tiers
You can pause after completing a level using the pause button (||)

3. Tiers & Missions

The 20-Level Sprint

Objective: Reach and beat Level 20 (the "Boss") to complete your current tier.
Promotions: Successfully completing Level 20 automatically promotes you to the next tier.
Tiers represent your skill level and unlock faster timers.

What Are Tiers?

Tiers represent your skill level. Higher tiers:

Start at more difficult levels
Have faster timers
Require reaching higher target levels
Feature larger numbers and more complex combinations

4. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pause the game?

Yes! After completing a level, tap the pause button (||) in the upper-right corner. You can choose to:

Resume: Continue playing immediately
Main Menu: Save your progress and return to the main menu (you can resume later)

How do I change the language?

Go to Settings from the main menu. Binary Blitz supports 8 languages:

English
Spanish (Español)
French (Français)
Portuguese (Português)
Russian (Русский)
German (Deutsch)
Turkish (Türkçe)
Italian (Italiano)

How do I turn off sound or haptics?

Open Settings from the main menu and toggle the Sound or Haptics switches.

The tutorial shows every time I start the game

Complete the tutorial fully (all the way through) once, and it won't show again. The tutorial only appears for first-time players or if you have a saved game.

Why do I see ads?

Binary Blitz is free to play and supported by ads. Ads appear between games (after the timer runs out) and help us keep the game free for everyone.

5. Troubleshooting

Game runs slowly or freezes

Force quit the app completely
Restart your device
Ensure you have the latest version from the App Store
Free up device storage (game needs approximately 50MB)

Sound doesn't work

Check device volume and mute switch (especially on iPhone)
Verify Sound is enabled in Settings
Try toggling Sound off and on in Settings

Haptic feedback doesn't work

Ensure Haptics is enabled in Settings
Note: Some older devices don't support haptic feedback
Check if haptics work in other apps

My progress was lost

Game data is stored locally on your device. Progress can be lost if:

App data was deleted (clearing app cache/data)
Device was restored without backup
You switched devices (progress doesn't sync between devices)

Prevention tip: Back up your device regularly using iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android) to preserve app data.

Ads not loading or showing errors

Ensure you have internet connectivity
Ads will be skipped automatically if they fail to load (you can still continue playing)
Try restarting the app

Game won't rotate to landscape

Binary Blitz only works in landscape orientation. Make sure:

Rotation lock is disabled on your device
You've physically rotated your device to landscape

Platform: iOS 13.0+ / Android 6.0+
Orientation: Landscape only
Storage: Approximately 50MB
Internet: Required for ads only (gameplay works offline)

7. Privacy & Data

Binary Blitz respects your privacy:

No personal data collected: We don't ask for or store your name, email, or personal information
Local storage only: Game progress is saved on your device only
Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to track anonymous gameplay statistics
Advertising: Google AdMob may collect device information per Google's privacy policy
