Summary: Emoji Match is free to play and supported by advertising. You must be over 16 to play. There is nothing to buy, the boosters you earn have no money value, and the game is provided as it is. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Emoji Match: Association ("the App"), a mobile emoji association puzzle game developed by Erdem Giray ("we", "us"). By tapping "Accept" when the App first opens, or by using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App and uninstall it.
You must be over 16 years old to use the App. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download the App and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
The App is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play). Where the Apple App Store is concerned, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these Terms.
The App is free because it shows advertisements, provided by Google AdMob and its partners: a banner during play, and occasionally a full-screen ad between levels. You may also choose to watch a rewarded video to get extra moves or a booster. A reward is only given for a video that has been watched to the end, and whether an ad is available at any moment is decided by the ad network, not by us. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any website or app an advertisement leads to.
Boosters, extra moves and other in-game items have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else. Your progress is stored on your device only; it is lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data, and we cannot restore it. We may change how levels, boosters and rewards work as the App is updated.
The App contains no in-app purchases and never asks you for payment details. If this ever changes, these Terms will be updated first.
The App and everything in it, including its code, design, graphics, sounds, text and levels, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them. Emoji artwork may be subject to the licenses of its respective owners.
We may update the App, change or remove features, or stop offering it at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not promise that the App will always be available, work on every device, or be free of errors.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you break these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 9 and 10 continue to apply after these Terms end.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
